Silly boy but a convenient distraction from the Strictly and Huw scandals. The BBC’s very own patsy. |

The Cotswolds. Just two hours from London and lovely to drive from village to village taking in the tranquility, thatched roofs and quaint high streets. |

You can’t have what doesn’t exist. A strain of flu nothing more. |

It’s a flu strain you’ll be fine. |

On another note how good did Nardi look in the all red kit on Saturday. I'd be buying that in a short sleeve version if I bought replicas. |

What a brilliant watch the Gazetta Di Italia was with James, way ahead of the rest of us, sitting in a nice spot with his posh coffee and newspaper. The iconic theme tune and the "gooooooolazzzzooooooo". |

I feel for you Crowe and everyone else here who has gone through the same emotions. Just over a year ago we let our 19yo JRT/Corgi cross go to her forever sleep after she fought CKD for six months but abdominal cancer was one hurdle she couldn't clear and at her age biopsies and chemo wasn't fair plus vets told us wouldn't work anyway. In the Daily Mail today there's a feature on dogs sensing our emotions and pain - well let me tell you our dog Charlie literally saved my life. For a while a few years back I was suddenly feeling lethargic with the occasional stabbing pain in my abdomen and Charlie was suddenly acting differently staring at me alot and not her usual playful self. So I went to see my GP who sent me for a scan and it was stage 4 cancer! No symptoms apart from the what I mentioned and what I thought would pass. So when others say "it's just or dog" or "will you get another one (so soon)" - they don't understand the bond. |

Scarring the sky with chemtrails is causing all this rain which is having a huge impact on nature. Butterflies and bees a rare site these days here in NW1 and I'm right next to Regent's Park! Look how quickly it clouds over when the geo-engineers have done their thing. |

The landscape has changed for Trump as the desperate Democrats are being exposed as witch-hunters - can’t see Georgia going against him. Biden is finished as his decline is nothing new but the media are picking him apart. I can’t recall a more divisive character than Trump but he appeals to those feeling alienated by the establishment. |

Impeachment, lawfare, endless felony charges (which are falling by the wayside) in kangaroo courts with handpicked judges, prosecutors and juries. They got the felony charge but failed to have Trump jailed so what's next - assassination. No coincidence Jill Biden was also hosting an event not far away and all resources were switched to protecting the First Lady and it was known Biden and others were trying to dilute/remove Trump's protection on account of his conviction. The interview with the local man wearing the funky ginger hair Trump cap was pretty damning and lots of footage to back him up. Another college dropout groomed and trained to use a gun, but he missed his "money shot" so panicked and just randomly shot everywhere until his brain left his head. Expect riots and false flags now staged by the Democrats and blamed on Republicans. |

Second spot and physically exhausted from trying to catch Paddington for most of the tournament. Well done Paddington. |

Across most other teams the Premier League players replicated their club style of play for their country and our league is all about pace, attacking and power. Only when Watkins came on did Spain's centre-backs look worried and were facing their goalkeeper - that took 678 minutes. Fifteen minutes versus the Dutch and around ten minutes last night did England play the "Premier League" way and Durham is right the Spanish were rattled and were let off the hook. |

It's well worth signing up for the Bonhams mailing list and they sometimes have previews for those registered where you can view the items close-up. |

The Milk Cup quarter final, I can be seen celebrating behind the linesman who flagged Kerry Dixon offside. I skipped rugby training that evening telling the coach I was ill but there I was on live television full of energy. |

Watch Andersen’s video diaries and this is all about fitness and tactics so opposition is irrelevant at this stage. Brighton and Tottenham in W12 to come so let’s not be negative and the facilities look superb for the players. |
