Divin Mubama needs some tough love. Absolutely useless last couple games. Don;t play him. Run Larin into the ground until Xmas and get a new striker to help with the workload.
If we are going to rest Larin then find a way to use Dobbin upfront for a game or two. |

I really worry about not getting a striker. Thought Mubama has looked very toothless and on top of that can't even hold up the ball.
And we must not play lightweight players. Azaz is phenomenal and is worthy of carrying in this team as a luxury player who can create chances and score. However, Bragg and Fellows are just so soft. Bragg can pass, there's no doubt about it, but he needs to be more aggressive mentally and physically when protecting and tackling. It's a mentality shift that JWP was able to develop. As for Fellows, he is just so shy and lacks confidence. If he had a different mentality he could be one of our best players, but I worry he can't be that player we know he could be.

I back Tonda.
I enjoyed the Championship more than the premier league anyway. My only true sadness is the fact we will lose some brilliant players and the fact we had the real spine of a team that could stay up and compete next season.
Without Tonda, the points deduction and loss of players we could become a bang average team in the Championship for years and get into financial trouble - so keeping Tonda gives me a bit of confidence we can push for promotion again next year.
I also don't mind being the team people hate next year. With Tonda as manager it would taste all the sweeter to go and get promoted again with everyone against us and could create a siege type mentality. And in the premier league clubs will not care as much about Spygate when we get promoted.
As well as Tonda, one key player is so important for me - Peretz. We should do everything in our power to try and keep him.
Was it a mistake to spy? Yes. Was it carried out in the most stupid of ways? Yes. Do those things have anything to do with enjoying the football over the last 6 months? No.

Callum Robinson needs to put on a bit of weight and be more aggressive. I'm starting to get frustrated with him - if Lavia could hold his own in terms of strength at 18, so should he. Until he is able to show this I think he should only be used as a sub for the rest of the season. Shea has got better at this, so it's definitely something he can work on.
Nathan Wood has shown himself to be a useful defender in the Championship, although I do worry about his ceiling. On Saturday the difference in passing was obvious between him and a Harwood-Bellis. I am also getting more concerned about his temperament and would like to see him use his head a bit more. Again, he is a decent defender, but I think suited more to a team that tries to disrupt and bully.
Hopefully we can get back to winning ways against Birmingham. Kudos to Millwall for playing well against us. |

I thought Bristol were supposed to be an attacking team that pressed high up? Apparently all teams just sit back now and counter us now they know it works so well, even if that's not there normal style of play.
We don't have a striker who is in the form to finish the chances we create early in the match and we don't have midfielders or strikers to cause problems with balls into the box - either height or aggression.
I say stick with Will Still. But I need to see a big striker bought in January and a move to 4 at the back. 5 at the back is pointless against all these teams that sit back and counter. And I would also like a leader of men. Someone given license to scream at these players and tell them what to do and were to be. |

I usually hate havingto wait a few days for a verdict after a bad result, but in this case i think another day and watching the match or highlights would have done you some good. Will still isn’t perfect, but as we are not in danger of relegation I would like to keep him for a good few months longer before beginning to decide if he is not the right fit. He doesn’t come across as stupid, so I think he will find the answer if we give him time. |

I wouldn't want Aribo or Edozie playing in fairness. If we want them to leave lets keep them healthy and let them be busy trying to find buyers with their agent. They also probably wouldn't start anyway.
We must want Dibling to go if he isn't going to sign a new contract. £50m will go massively to getting our club back healthy. So with that amount of money on the line, maybe it's better to let him stay healthy until he comes to a decision about signing a new contract with us or let us wait for a bidding war. |

I really don't have any love for Ings, but him and JWP seem to be boyfriends so might come as a package. I'd be surprised, but I suppose there is always a slim possibility he could score again - but at his age he would need them put on a plate, napkin tucked into his shirt, knife and fork placed in his hand and a waiter to dab the sides of his mouth after every mouthful. |
