A tad smarter, but not too far away, an Iranian bloke I worked with took us to a couple of different ones in Bayswater a few years back.

Mmmmm, Ghormeh Sabzi 🤤🤤🤤

I remember thinking the last time they got docked points, “Well, that’ll learn ‘em”.

Extended highlights QPR 2 Coventry 1
at 16:55 1 Feb 2026

Love it. Must’ve watched that ten times now.

I couldn’t bear to come on here at all this week - still haven’t watched the highlights or even read Norf’s match report, but I can’t stay off here today.

I suppose some can't wait to pile on here after a loss, some of us just stay away.

Glory hunters, eh?

You fckin R’s.

Your top 3 films!

I can never do this without splitting up comedy and non-comedy, so ….

1. Life of Brian
2. Spinal Tap
3. The Big Lebowski

1. Godfather II
2. Raging Bull
3. The Usual Suspects.

ps. Question for the OP regarding The General. Is that the Martin Cahill story, with Brendan Gleason in the lead? Great choice!

RIP Catherine O'Hara

Ah, no, taken far too young. She’s great in so many things, but Best In Show is probably my favourite.

A wonderful cameo as Funkhauser’s deranged sister in Curb, too.

RIP, Catherine.

Sheff Red Stripe down to 9 for the whole 2nd half. Would love it if they scored.

On a more serious note, Hollywood v Budgies was suspended after 47 mins due to an injury to a Norwich player. Fingers crossed for the poor bloke.

If that was the game we won 4-2, then I would have been at that one.

I recall when we signed Leighton James, he joked that it was good for him because it meant he wouldn’t get kicked by Dave Clement any more.

He was okay, but “FFS sake Bradley, blow your nose!”.

When he wasn’t talking, he was sniffing! Bloody horrible.

Fourth Round Here We Come Match Thread

Great effort lads.
If football wasn’t a pile of sh1t these days, we’d be looking forward to a home replay.

Looking forward to reading a few “just backs”. I wonder how many we ended up having there?

You R’s.

Fantastic. TBH All I really wanted out of today was for the fans there to have a goal to cheer.

Come on our team!

I must have read those transfer fees - both in and out - half a dozen times and still can’t believe them.
Here’s us sh1tting bricks about spending £4.5M on Edwards and teams in that ridiculous league spend those amounts, only to end up playing us in our league next season.

Don’t you just hate what football is now?

We might not need any more for the DS, but we do need at least one who is ready for the first team NOW. We can’t get by with just JD, Cook and Morrison.

Wishful thinking maybe, but I can’t help thinking our fantastic 1 point in 9 over Xmas might have helped in Saints no longer considering us as a potential play-off rival and more likely to let him go? Madness to even think that, I know, but they don’t know us as well as we all do!

I told a Whammer I know we sold out our 9000 allocation in a couple of hours, so he trotted out the usual “Well, it’s a cup final for you, innit”. I just told him that the 3rd round usually is for us, whoever we play.
Not as if we won’t be going back next season, by the looks of it. We think we’re a basket case, but Sh-t atmosphere aside, even we would struggle to fck up a situation where we’d been given a 60,000 seater stadium for nothing, fill it most weeks and still get relegated.

Um, wouldn't we?

It amazes me how many posters still indulge this bloke. I’ve had him on ignore for months.

Anyway, good lad, Rayan! Let’s hope he gets a few more appearances under his belt after today.

Rangers Bingo #110: Conceding within the first minute of the 2nd half.

You could see it coming as soon as we lost a tackle in midfield and they broke away. Cook ball-watching, allowing Sargeant to pull away from him. Then the only way he was not going to score was if his own bloke got in the way.

I know we play the self-defeating “Charity Park Rangers” card a bit much, but we have conceded goals straight after HT like this for as long as I can remember. How on earth can they come out for the 2nd half and just let Norwich walk through them so easily.
