That supports another number I read about a while back, that a 50 percent success rate reflects the top performing clubs in the Premier League. This data was based on the number of appearances over a few years following recruitment.
I can't remember the details but the 50 percent success rate stuck in my mind as top clubs pay so much money with only half a chance of success. |

Ronald is a decent Championship player until the final third then it all tends to fall apart. We need to improve him or replace him for next season. |

If they are not doing a good job the PM can sack them.
I've come to the conclusion that those who think it's good for our economy to have some of the highest energy costs in the OECD and to be 25 to 80 percent higher than those costs in Europe probably don't run a business or work in one that has to make more income than it costs to produce that income. I recall some work on demographics in that we were presented with sets of figures and asked to present our thoughts, one classmate did a good job on the numbers and I remember him calling out three big risks for the UK as the post war bulge moved forward; health, pensions and work, we didn't get into the politics.
I recall some work on agriculture and the need to manage our food supply and stuff on the Tudors and Stewarts which was good fun as the teacher was quite creative and it felt like Horrible Histories, nothing gets the attention like people throwing buckets of shit into the street.
So all quite factual and a light touch with respect to politics, which seems right when you are young and learning; to understand the whats before you start thinking about the how's and the whys. |

What prompted the fcuk off was the line ' teach politics and news '. A long time ago when I was in school there was not any politics and RE was a few bible stories which were parables really.
I see Plaid have not repeated their country of refuge stuff, which was utter nonsense because the budget for immigration is not devolved.
Looks like the Conservatives are the only party wanting to reverse the increase in Sennedd numbers and Labour are the only party not wanting a M4 relief road, interesting stuff. |

Used to go to Bath Rugby occasionally about 20 years ago, it was like BBC Radio 4 in there. |
