That's how I see it. The fullback isn't out of position as such, they are in the position Matos wants them to be in when we go forward. It's a risk that is calculated as worth the reward and obviously other players a primed to cover gaps. |

Lissah played well yesterday as did Key when he came on.Welsh has a decent pedigree so I'd like to see him start at centre back. Was never a fan of the cabango Burgess partnership but obviously a very unfortunate way to break the pairing up.
As you said at least we have options this season |

I look back at that time with great happiness. Playing some decent effective football with a fair bit of flair. My 2 sons were just old enough to start travelling to away games and we spent many hours on the motorway back then
He seemed a decent thoughtful guy. Played a big part in making us what we are today.

It seems like jury service for football managers. Eventually you are going to have to do it but it probably won't go on for very long and you can get on with your life afterwards |

I think he's improved nicely under Matos and has finished the season strongly. Has cut down on the theatrics as well. Suits our style .Great energy |

Started the second half much more on the front foot. Subs improved us. A little bit of quality added over the summer could make for an interesting new season, as long as we don't lose too much quality going out the door. |

It will be interesting to see him in pre season and where he is utilised.
On another point, only 2 players from the old firm in that team, looks like the landscape is shifting up there. |

Yeah football won in the end. Hibs architects of their own downfall today. Enjoyed the game. Watched a good bit of Scottish football this season, enjoyed it for the most part even lower league stuff. Quite liberating when you haven't got a dog in the fight. |
