West Brom wallop seven through hapless QPR - Report
at 02:29:46

Another great report Clive!

I walked out with what dignity I still had left on 85 minutes. I can't physically bring myself to watch the highlights and I don't think I will ever be mentally stable enough to do so...

I'm not going to blame the manager (old or new) or the players. You can't polish a turd, and this is the monster that's been festering in the traps of W12 since Neil Warnock was sacked.

Apparently Loftus Road isn't sustainable according to Lee Hoos. Delusions of grandeur is what got us into this f**king mess! We had the basis of something good to build upon but greed and unrealistic visions of growth got the better of us. QPR will not be sustainable in League 1 which is where we are headed.

This steaming pile of excrement we have in front of us has been entirely self inflicted. No money, limited squad, a transfer embargo and a board seemingly intent on digging an even bigger hole to s**t in. Your wasted investment will not be recouped by building a new ground.

I think McClaren has f**king balls to take this lot on and I salute you Steve. This man is in a lose lose situation. Even Ollie said he was severely limited compared to his squad options. It's there for everyone to see and I'm baffled by our fans comments at times - be realistic. This will take years to put right and Holloway wouldn't be doing any better. Nobody would!

The only short-term positive, other than staying in the division, is if Amit Bhatia can inject some renewed enthusiasm into the club. Maybe another 4 year plan!!!!!!

I've always set low and realistic expectations and Tuesday will be no different. I live in hope for the small pleasures in life.

Note to QPR FC Marketing: don't be trying to sell Birmingham tickets straight after we've been royally butt f**ked 7-1. If anything you should be refunding us as a gesture of good will.

QPR twist again, Holloway departs - Column
at 23:27:30

If we can put the whole loyalty bit to one side for a minute and focus on the results of Ollie's tenure then his sacking, however badly it's been handled, shouldn't be a shock to anyone. This is positive news...

Hull horror show from Holloway's Rangers - Report
at 19:18:24

Another inexplicable performance that I've had this misfortune of suffering the indignity of.

This game just typifies Holloway's lack of managerial ability. I'm no 'hater' but I am generally staggered by his tactics, team selections and decision making.

Too may excuses... Making mistakes is fine and owning up to them is very honourable but making the same mistake time and time again just isn't, period!

Hopefully the new PR person can do a better job of managing the post match interviews next season. In the interim period I'm available to gag Holloway with my free shirt!

‘Keep clear of Shepherd’s Bush tonight’ — QPR at Wembley 1967
at 12:17:21

Some cracking accounts here, particularly CFW.
Tomorrow will be my son's first ever visit to Wembley, he's nearly 10.
Hopefully we'll experience something worth remembering and talking about for years to come...

Just a thought for the more adventurous of you!
Thames clipper from the London Eye to North Greenwich Pier - the Valley is about a 35 minute walk.
Not quite a private yacht into Monaco but that's how I'm getting there.

QPR lose unbeaten home record to promotion rivals — report
at 11:36:05

Excellent report, you've nailed every frustration! Barton has been superb this season and easily our best player but it was only a matter of time before he saw red. We have to accept that's part of the package. If anything at least he shows he gives a shit. Like others I didn't agree with the standing ovation either. We're alright in midfield so we'll manage without him. Be interesting to see how Benayoun fairs. Not Ekotto's best performance but he's a class act so you can't fault him for one over hit cross, even if it did almost decapitate Austin. Biggest issue we have is a total lack of penetration. Keep ball is great but all that possession has to amount to something. With the exception of the occasional Philips run, we seem to lack any directness. Other than pace Hoilett is ineffective, against Blackburn he was shocking. Why haven't we seen more of Chevanton? Overall a game we should have taken something out of. Appalling referee, summed up by the Caddyshack 'Gopher' parody. Where was the small army of stewards that seem to guard the touchline for every corner and throw in...
