1. Lovely to see the buzz around town with people enjoying Music In The City. Though seeing people walking around with little maps made me chuckle.
2. Bristol City fans lack self awareness and completely lost their heads. The Chapel Stand Grandads in Block 21 just laughed at them. They then proceeded to throw their toy binoculars at us.
3. Had my young niece with me, thankfully one of the bottles thrown missed her and hit me 
4. Eddie's Rocky style sprint up the steps was class.

Yep. The term Chapel Kop has been used for a long time. I remember back in the Itchen North days we originally nicked the Utd Bad Moon Rising chant to sing about and take the piss out of the Chapel Kop
A few season's back there was some fan who tried to get something going in the Chapel, contacted the club about it and everything - the din.
Once the Northam Wall was created they moved over to Block 43 or something.
As @franniesTache says him, myself and a few other mates decided after one match in the new Northam that it was not for us so we moved to the smallest Block we could find (Block 21 is only five seats deep) so we could have a laugh, take the piss out of the away fans and our fans.
It's not serious and there is no fan initiative to make the Chapel like the Itchen North or a vocal section of the ground.
If you want to sing songs/chant the Northam is the best place to be not the Chapel.
To be honest, that this discussion is happening between middle aged blokes online shows how terrace culture is really dead  |

The "Chapel Kop'  has gone downhill since people started singing Saints songs.
The 'Stand up if you love the Saints' chant last night was depressing as was the 'Who are ya?'

I am still mentally and physically exhausted. Saints were brilliant but I am fed up with the glorious failure narrative. Just want us to win a trophy.
Was a good day out despite the five hour journey home and the train guard on the Cross Country back from Reading calling people c**ts, flipping people off and then terminating the train at Winchester |

To be fair, there are quite a few faces from the old Itchen North in the back rows of Block 21 & 20. |

We were in the Upper and went outside at half time. The 'youth firm' were a group of 30 odd yokels in snide Burberry and Stone Island stood behind a very small barrier. Chanting rubbish like "you're seen Southampton, now f**k off home" to the Wednesday supporters leaving.
We binned the game off at halftime as the Irish pub we were in pre match had a live music session and we wanted to watch/listen to that instead.
What was amazing is how the 30 odd 'lads' could not move the barrier between them. I moved it very easily and myself and my mate causally strolled out past the stewards and old bill and made our way back to the boozer.
I won't bore you with my opinons on that James Bree song. |

You don't want to move there to be honest Pat. It's shite, and nothing like the Itchen North of old. Best staying in the Northam - which will hopefully improve after we get a few wins. |
