To Catch a Thief - a dilemma?
at 22:36 18 Feb 2013

Okay chaps...
While the wife is finishing her degree out in the USA I have moved back in with my dad so I can save money for a bigger house when we settle over there in a couple of years time.
The last couple of months I have noticed money going missing from my wallet. At first I thought it was me spending more than I thought and then I thought someone at work was going into my backpack in the office?
Then last week it all clicked into place - my disgustingly chavvy 45 year old sister who has never had a job in her life and has lived off the state was doing it.
She is round every day freeloading off my dad - eating all her meals here etc.
I worked out than whenever I got up after a night shift she would dash upstairs as soon as I was in the kitchen and when I went back up to my room my wallet, which I always leave on top of the chest of drawers was missing money.

So tonight I set a trap and after showering I set my phone up with a view of my wallet on the chest and went downstairs to make tea and left the phone recording.
Sure enough, bang to rights - I have a lovely video of her rifling through my wallet and stealing the loose change next to it.

Now what do I do?
I really don't want to upset my dad who is now in his mid 80s?
Do I confront her in front of him and then show him the video when she denies it?
Do I confront her alone and tell her I will be showing him the video if she doesn't stop and returns the estimated £200 that's been stolen?
Do i upload the video to YouTube - which is my wifes favourite?

Or something else????

£15 off Villa tickets...
at 21:05 29 Oct 2012

If you have a mate who works for London Underground.

Buy tickets for home matches at QPR for a reduced price.

Watch QPR’s at home against Reading (4 November), Southampton (17 November) and Aston Villa (1 December).
Just present your TfL staff card in person at the QPR Box Office at Loftus Road Stadium (near White City Underground Station), and you can purchase up to six tickets per fixture for just £25 each. That’s a saving of £15 for the Reading and Villa fixtures, and £5 for Southampton.

You can also receive free tickets for children under eight-years-old* - just show the child's passport or birth certificate when booking.

Tickets are for Silver and Bronze areas of the stadium only and are strictly subject to availability. Book early to avoid disappointment.

The offer is not available on a match-day
Refunds not available
Children must be seven or under on 1 August 2012
This offer is only available to fans happy to sit in the home supporter areas of the stadium

Great quote from Ascot R on dot.org...

To all our new Korean fans..

This is it. It doesn't get much better, I'm afraid. In fact it is a lot better than it has been in the last twenty years.

You'll get used to he feeling: a mixture of anger, frustration and emptiness; but don't worry, it should clear up around Thursday/Friday. By Saturday morning you'll be wondering why you were even upset.

By Saturday evening you'll again remember though.

Death Row - Final Meal?
at 19:49 25 Jul 2012

What would your final meal be before you were strapped into the executioners chair?

We discussed this at work today - I would go for Roast Lamb with all the trimmings. Apple pie and custard and a cold pint of Radeberger.
