Did my local Kingston Parkrun yesterday before the Middlesborough game. I've not done it so much over the years but trying to do more now I've retired. It is so good for you - mind and body.

I've found Italki to be really useful. It lets you find a teacher for 1-1 lessons online, and it usually costs less than 10 pounds an hour - way cheaper than face to face lessons. This way you can practise your conversation live with a teacher you like. If you've already done duolingo this would be a really good complement as you already have a good deal of vocab.
