Not just because of his dominant performance against a good Swansea side, but, because he takes responsibility when he plays. His reaction after the Lincoln game was spot on. He just kept repeating 'We've got to step up'. He was referring to the Birmingham game as well.
We now have probably four midfield players, who when fit, can cover over 12 kilometres a game. So we should not be conceding the centre of the park tom any team in this division, including West Ham next time we meet.

He is arguing that it would be a very high bar for Saints to be kicked out be eliminated from the competition. He points out the Saints getting a six point deduction in the championship next year doesn't benefit Middlesbrough in any way at all.
But, he is saying the way that it works in commerce for him to drop his hands would be for Saints to offer Middlesbrough say a percentage of the huge profit they will make if they get into the premiership by winning the play-off final. I think he mentioned 10 million.

Saints clearly had more fans in the stadium. Were louder during the game and were the loudest after the match ended.
Saints played three Premiership clubs in the cup run (two top of the table) yet we only suffered watching us behind for ten minutes at the end of a very hard fought semi-final.
They say no one remembers the losers - well no one who saw this match would agree with that anymore!
Now lets get back down Wembley Way to win. |

Juric seemed to have found some semblance of an organised team structure at Anfield. Then he reverts back to this back 5 or 3 and no consistency in any part of team. Back line, midfield or forwards. The players at times huff and puff but look disillusioned to me.
I think he could do serious damage to our hopes for next season if we retain him.

The guidance quoted below is from the UK Government website. At what point could a manager be dismissed fairly for demonstrating inadequate capability to perform the task in hand. What evidence would satisfy an industrial tribunal?
Secondly, if a fair dismissal took place would that mean that the employer would not be obligated to pay the salary beyond the end of the month? And thus potentially save millions???
Football managers are dismissed because the owners are not satisfied with their performance. So, why should they be rewarded for lack of achievement?
I am not an industrial relations expert, but, I would love to hear your learned views?

You must have a valid reason for dismissing an employee. Valid reasons include:
their capability or conduct
making them redundant
something that prevents them from legally being able to do their job, for example a driver losing their driving licence
There could be other fair reasons too - these are sometimes called ‘other substantial reasons’."
