I had forgotten that Mozart Estate were supporting tomorrow. Think may be supporting The Coral as well. And probably Michael Head. He is certainly a character... We'll arrange a beer at that Michael Head gig. Where will you be travelling from?

Thats how I feel as well. I dont think he is good enough for Saints at the moment but maybe he will be a better keeper in the future, in the way that Tim Flowers er, blossomed after a spell out of the limelight.
It is the personal abuse that I don't get. None of the players that receive it are wilfully bad, and abuse will not help them |

1. Yeh, decent city and the pub we were in seemed nice enough apart from some weird religious fundamentalist trying to pass off some religious nonsense to me as he walked in.
2. I went there in 96 for a league cup replay, but couldnt work out which part of the ground I must have been in then, so perhaps the whole ground has been rebuilt?
3. Good atmosphere from them, and the stand opposite me (I was in the temporary stand) went ballistic when they equalised. Our support was pretty dull and unimaginative. Also, I can't get the people who celebrate the spying thing with chants and/or T Shirts. It has completely screwed us over
4. Performance was not good enough. I am not sure we created a chance, given that the goal was out of nothing and Scienza's shot was hardly a chance
5. Manager got the subs wrong. Even if they aren't fully on song, Larin, Scienza and Azaz need to be playing as much as possible. On the plus side, Downes & JWP could be very good for us.
5b. The kit we wore is the best kit we have had in ages |

I'd imagine that you'll easily be able to get tickets for Burnley, Blackburn, Preston, Stoke off the top of my head. Maybe Bolton, Sheff U, Boro and Norwich. Any midweek away further North than London should be ok |

1. Happy Hour in Overdraft. Forgot about that and a pint of Lumina was a fiver
2. A late decision to go because of the price. My son going with his mates and not wanting to be seen with me, so I sat in a single seat on my own in the Chapel. That was fine with me.
3. Going to put my glasses on and realising I had brought the case but not my glasses. A phone call to my laughing wife confirmed this.
4. Barely heard the Northam stand so In was spared the dirge. Tbf, when I sat in the Northam 2 seasons back I couldn't hear the away fans
5. West Ham fans had some funny, original chants (and one or two controversial ones). They didn't bother with spy chants as they had original stuff of their own.
The keeper and defence were poor, and the midfield and forwards pretty much non existant. West Ham were streets ahead second half |

One of my closest friends of all time is a die hard pompey fan and that is his name. Him signing for us would be beautiful and I would rejoice in it every day for the sheer pain it would cause. Now I am imagining him getting the winner for us at the Fratton End |
