They are always 'decent blokes' ......no one ever,ever argues about that, but sometimes it's sort of cruel to let thing drift. IW seems like a broken man in post match interview, shell shocked just like most of the fans! |

They did create plenty of chances and there were good quality crosses coming in but their forwards were poor and Dale defending much better,

You have brought up East and Gilmour as potential sales/ transfers on a couple of occasions recently, why would they be shipped out now? I know we have midfield cover "in the building" but crocked or untried?
These two have served us well and I'm sure will again once the TEAM get going. |

I would support that idea but we all know Hendo has other outside businesses and commitments.
As a start, now that he is back from honeymoon perhaps he could be persuaded to help the two new guys if only coaching the forwards. He must know the Book on attacking football. |

Agree, bringing in a new rookie manager to "cut his teeth" at the Club, make a balls up of a job and then to sod off for pastures new looks heavily like Barry Murphy and behold, we have done it again.
Next two games critical.......Shrewsbury, having dicked Salford are up to the dizzy heights of 18th while Saturday's opponents Gills, drop to 21st.....if we can't get something from these games we are goosed.
More new players in, more mess.
It's really sad that all the momentum has drained away in such a short time. Speaking to fellow fans the future looked so bright and now we are back floundering around.
