Great effort from the lads that played. Defence were superb and kept their shape well until the change. Since I saw the YouTube clip last week I can't get John Sitton's quote out of my head "You could light a Bunsen Burner under Anton's big toe and he still wouldn't sense danger." Never has a true word been uttered!

Best home performance of the season. Every player put in a shift for once. Thought Zamora run his socks off for the team, Diakite broke up there midfield play and then looked majestic with the ball at his feet. Great finish from Taarabt and great save from Kenny. Well done lads!

Load of rubbish. Established squad players treated it as a run out, but the real worry is that players looking to make the final 25 man squad didn't seem to give a shit except from Harryman when he came on. Just reinforces our lack of depth in the squad. The game lacked pace, desire and passion. Very disappointing.
