Got to agree with one of thr posters.on here that said get a result in Perth win or draw and it's on. Need wood and archer to be steaming in like trains especially in perth and brisbane. Bashir will play in adelaide, where swan and peterson smashed them great ground. If a few of the top order can get up in the 500 hundred in the series then there is a chance. First tedt vital. Maybe the Aussies will slip.up (unlikely)

You forgot Mandelson and his "relationship " with them. He was the bloody ambassador to the states ffs They all knew what was going in and probably involved. Oh he did the occasional run in that great team. Players improve their game when around a great team..Parker one of my favourite players back then..prove me wrong but defence of Parker, Maca,Bardsley and Wilson what a defensive four..! I remember parker scoring against Luton storing forward his only goal as I remember

Have you just called all England fans right wing !!!?? Whats your name Gary nevile. Thisnia the problem everyone likes an echo chamber somewhere or someone that justify their own views. Humans like to try and take the moral high ground when then just usually just become self righteous. People genealogy just a place where they feel part of something like a football club and that's what's its generally about a feeling of belonging, of being part of something. In this world where people are given so little to hang on to dont taint an already tainted game with the ills of the government and the corruption that goes with it.The best way to.keep the insidious stench of politics out of football is stop going on about it. Suppose I will get painted in some colour or ilk for this !! It just football let people enjoy it, there are enough divisions in society. In my humble opinion

I remember him getting one in the rain that great night under the lights against arsenal in the fa cup. We have had some quality footballers here over the years. Some dross of recent. We seem to get the maverick types that do well, shame about all the leaches
