Agreed. One of the games good guys.

As a manager, he has always produced good footballing teams and i wouldn't have minded seeing him here. He certainly would have been better than many of the mangers we have had over the last 10 years.

Yes I believe he lent or gave the club money to pay his own transfer fee from Aston Villa.

Always thought it was a pity he wasn't out keeper in the first division days. Signed just after relegation I think.

Whenever the world cup or the Euros has a system that can lead to 3 teams qualify from a group of 4 it leads to a lot of sides being more cautious to qualify out of the group and therefore makes it a bit dull to watch at times.

Thought it may spark into life when the knockouts started. That didn't happen tonight unfortunately.

An era of supporting the Swans at the Vetch covering my teenage years and 20's seems even more in the distant past then it felt before.

Stephen Kingsley was a good player and I think would have been more than decent for us after the relegation.

He also would have been good backup in the premier league had the club not sold him as part of that appalling Clucas deal.
