All I want is a big club coming in for Eze this transfer window, lets's worry about the longer-term effects when we've actually got a chance (with that money), to stay in the Championship. My gut feeling tells me he'll end up at Liverpool, sooner rather than later hopefully. |

Don't they say a stockbroker is simply a bookie in a suit? Under our watch, Tony Blair killed millions of innocent men, women and children, simply to line his own pockets, via Kuwait and a multitude of other deals, irrespective of crimes, sexual preferences et al.
He also put the lives in the "democratic" west at risk as we see today. I'm off to work in Saudi next week and can't wait. Hopefully a few R's over there making the same sacrifices to support their long term family future. |

Sorry for your loss, I lost my Dad at 7 years old. Time is my friend to grieve, sadly I don't have the memories. Glad you had your Dad for such a long time, mine supported Leeds so he didn't really save me from football pain. [Post edited 21 Jul 2023 17:23]

I've only just watched the whole documentary which was cathartic and verbatim in parts, having only come to terms with my own trauma caused by abuse as a child and the sinister mental abuse received as I got older.
My trigger was the recent death of my sister (one of my abusers) and finding the paper trail of how my whole family felt about me and mine. No more bottling it up and blaming myself anymore, seeking approval from the same abusers.
I take responsibility for all of my errors, being expelled from school, drinking, and drug abuse, and time in a Dubai jail. The consequences were stints in rehab and unhealthy personal relationships. I can now understand why some of those behaviours were on display and the disregard I had for my actions.
Initially annoyed with myself that I would have taken it all to my grave to protect those who I needed the love and protection from, only to find out they only ever had their own narcissistic traits to protect.
So sorry to read others have faced similar abuse. The "stigma" is fading now and I hope anyone who hasn't sought help, to do so. You're not alone and as strange as it seems, you can forgive in your heart and mind, but there's not a day I'll be on this planet, I'll ever say it to their face/s. [Post edited 15 Jul 2023 0:37]

I’m no pension guru but do not pay £8k for 10 years. If you can prove you were working abroad, you complete a NIC class 2 form and its buttons you pay! I was away for 10 years and paid circa £1800 to catch up those missed years.
DM your email and I’ll send you the form to be filled, I did mine mid 2020, took about 8 weeks for it to show against Gov account |
