Another day and as you say calmed down a bit. My feeling are the same but i do regret starting a thread being negative towards an individual player. Never done that before.
Broke one of my own rules of not posting straight after a game . Boy I was fcking angry

I understand and respect that you dont agree but honestly if he is a professional footballer and allows a thread on a message board to affect his whole career he needs to find a thicker skin or dont read it .
Its just about whether we renew his contract or shake hands and spend our money elsewhere . Kolli shows much more promise IMO |

No thanks , let him go .
Has learnt the square root of fck all . Clunky centre backs have him sussed . Referees give him nothing and he doesn’t change or try anything new . Doesn’t hold the ball up , limited basic ball skills , can’t finish consistently . Dodgy temperament
He should switch to RL IMO
Not personal as he seems like a nice guy .. it just hasn’t worked .. IMO |

No one wants him to go of course. Nest year could be really special IMO, but the best run clubs have a list of potential replacements on file all the time.
To be fair to the Club we went straight to Marti because he had been on our radar for over a year . Hopefully any transition disruption would be then minimised .
I just hope he was watching Beales poor career choices and tries to manage in the Prem with us . |

The thing is that the current owners or their finance providers actually own the tangible assets of the clubs . If fans want to own some of that they are going to have to pay for it . Its real stuff like land and buildings with real invoices to be paid arriving daily so working capital is required also .
A restricted voting (because they have no financial skin in the game ) fan presence on the board is a more realistic objective IMO at least for the top four divisions . |
