I haven't paid much attention to attendance figures for us this year but to anyone who goes to games it's obvious that we're on the up. Some of the published figures don't tell the whole story, there are season ticket holders who weren't going to games that are returning. That doesn't affect announced attendances but there are less empty seats & a better atmosphere. |

In recent years we've been lucky with mostly home draws in the League Cup & generally rubbish away draws in the FA Cup. Hoping for any sort of home tie for a change π |

NI missing 3 midfielders tonight, 2 are injured & Galbraith suspended |

A discount for attending the first 3 rounds would have been a nice touch but I never thought it would happen! |

I live in Manselton so not exactly one of the privileged few & my daughter is a nurse so I think I've got a reasonably balanced view. As you say all cities have their problem areas, some worse than others. |

I can't believe we're one of the worst cities to live in either, that's not the reality that I see. Swansea has indeed been badly managed & previous council leaders have a lot to answer for but the current administration are doing a really good job at putting some of that right in my view - but it'll take time. |

Agreed, the ref got plenty of decisions wrong yesterday but that wasn't one of them. Slow start from Idah but way too early to write him off |

The ref gave Utd the penalty but the Brentford defender wasn't given a red card (even though he should have been) |

In the case of those 3 matches it's not just views on a fans forum (yes we're obviously biased), all 3 matches were on TV & in all 3 cases the pundits view was that the ref got the decisions wrong at our expense. I was at the game yesterday & I can't remember the 2nd penalty shout being mentioned. The ref in the Man Utd game got it half right, very similar incident to ours but he gave the penalty & only gave the defender a yellow. |

We definitely need to be more vociferous with refs I'd say. The pull back on Vipotnic yesterday was so bloody obvious I can't believe the ref mlssed it, he was close enough & it wasn't off the ball so he must have seen it. Penalty & red card would change the match completely. Following on from the disallowed goal against Brum & the stonewall penalty against Forest in the previous game that's 3 consecutive games where a major call against us has been wrong, not debatable, just wrong. Nothing more than plain incompetence though. |

He's a far better manager than Martin, no comparison |
