Resolven you keep ignoring the fact that the transfer was concluded and there was no agency between Nantes and McKay to arrange transport. Any agency the club had with the agent for the purposes of the transfer was over when the deal concluded. This was simply a post transfer arrangement made by the agent of Sala not of Nantes. Nantes role in this was over when the transfer concluded. The did not have any responsibility to arrange transport and it was held they did not do so.

Read it properly. McKay junior was the agent of Nantes for the transfer itself. Neither he nor his dad were their agent for the separate purpose of organising transport. It’s quite simple. Nantes cannot be held liable for something done by someone who was not their agent and who were unaware of any illegality.

Willie McKay arranged the flight but not as agent for Nantes. Furthermore there were findings McKay had no knowledge of the illegality and therefore no knowledge could be attributed to Nantes even if ( which was rejected) he was their agent for the purposes of transport as opposed to agent for the transfer itself.

I had Vipi as our man of the match last night. Good headed goal, set up a good chance second half with a flick on, held the ball up well and worked really hard for the team. Excellent. 12 goals before the new year is an excellent return.

Have to laugh at one person's continued criticism of Eom. he has been in the top 3 players in all the last 3 games and has been a threat on our left and linking well with Tymon.

There is a massive difference between coaching under an experienced head coach or manager and the top job which isn't just about coaching but responsibility for many other things including in game tactical changes.

He has very limited experience.

As number 2 at Saltzburg Red Bull he lasted less than 6 months! he has been head coach for about a dozen games in a very low standard league. He has no experience of championship football which is massively different.

I have coaching qualifications but you wouldn't appoint me! What has he done to justify this massive leap of faith? Even his results on the second division in Portugal are nothing to write home about.

I would love him to prove himself worthy with us but it is a massive and unnecessary gamble.

Hi Ian,

The presale for Jack Army members and Carabao Cup attendees has sold out. Season ticket holder seats are reserved until general sale starts (Monday 13th at 10am), so if there are any season ticket seats that are not purchased, these will be released then for sale.

I will be happy if that is the case and those people then attend other games but I am not holding my breath. I still think it’s a Ticketmaster issue though as the club website doesn’t say anything about having sold out.

Ticketing site is telling me it’s sold out but nothing on club website or social media. I am not able to buy my ticket despite going to previous rounds and being Jack Army member.

It seems to be working ok now if you need to purchase tickets.the problem I encountered was when using a VPN connection which I had to disable it then it worked ok.
