DD did score a belter in pre season last year
I certainly wouldn't mind if he was in our squad this year. Since TE took over, the coaching has improved so many of our squad, I wonder if he could do the same here.
As long as we don't think he is the answer up front, which I am sure we won't, then let's see.

What about us, paying thousands over the year to travel around the country to have the whole season voided effectively

I hope as a fan base we come together and try and stand up for ourselves. Whether it be boycotts or demos or protests until they all get out the club. Time will tell. It's the worst day as a Saints fan. No longer admired for Le Tiss, or the academy - just a bunch of cheating losers.
I cannot renew and sit there week after week being rightly goaded by others teams
SR need to sell and we try and salvage some pride- even if it means years down in lower leagues. |

And we can beat Cov - we have hit firm at the right time and look a proper team.
They are excellent, but if we want to go up through the play off we have to be at least as good as them.
Going into the Wrexham game in touch is vital.
I agree with above Edozie should start and Larin up front. If he sit back he is good at holding the ball up. And he’s tough - which he will need to be.

I can't imagine there's many good players looking to come into this shit show. Personally, I would focus on shipping out those bench warmers , and any at all that are kicking off in the dressing room. This season is gone anyway- if we can avoid relegation .
Start next year with a smaller squad of players that want to be here and fight.

He's got that team playing for him, that's clear to see. The players look more confident, and he has got a lot right so far.
Any manager is a gamble - and here we have someone who has made a clear difference to the squad, and has a great attitude and work ethic
Thomas Frank may well be great - but he's not here, and if he arrived in a few weeks - there's no guarantee he turns us around.
Tonda will always be under a little more pressure as he hasn't got the resume of the experienced managers - but he's deserves a bash at it I think. |

Although Im frustrated, I think it's too early to pull the trigger. A couple of wins and we slot into midtable.

He has rightly pointe out the issue- scoring goals. He has to find an away to get us firing.
But he needs a little more time. It's not going to be easy though - I can't see where the goals come from - unless AA finds a bit of form.

Thanks for the article- really great going through the past clashes. My son's first derby this week. He can't concentrate at school!
Personally, I think you're right, it is just another game for the players, and that's not a bad thing.They need to keep their heads, and we would be the most likely winners if you looked at our squads and being at home.
Really, the day is for us- to show them what it means to us!
We HAVE to win - that's all that matters
I can't wait - the atmosphere will hopefully kick start our season. I'm not contemplating any other outcome!
