The preparation for an Ashes tour has been abysmal. We've come here completely undercooked. The bowlers haven't bowled for months and the bowling coach is in the middle east. There's no pressure on the batsman to perform as there's no one in the wings to take over. The batting coach is completely clueless about Aussie conditions.
The 5 day Noosa trip is a p take. This is an ashes series boys. It's genuinely almost like the players have no concept of the history of the ashes. And don't get me started on Brook. Vice captain contributing nothing on the pitch and giggling like a schoolboy in the press conference saying "Perhaps I should rein it in a bit".
I feel so sorry for the fans who have spent thousands ro follow this rabble of a team.

Totally dumb. They set him a trap and he duly obliged. Even the Aussie bowlers are now saying they don't even have to bowl well. They know that if they put the ball in certain areas our lemons will get themselves out.

When you add up 2 week international breaks. These players have had 6 weeks off so far this season. How can they be so gassed all the time. Are we the only club who continually go on about 3 game weeks? Just get on with it boys.

Totally agree. But the Aussies discovered you just need to hang the ball around the off stump and we'll get ourselves out. Doesn't bode well.

I think there's a pm xi game next week in Canberra . Hit and giggle. Stokes should be eating some humble pie at the minute. All the old players whonsaidbtheborep wasn't good enough were right. As predicted.
