A win yesterday is another 3 points in the bag but we will come up against much harder games as Southampton showed, but you can only beat whats up against you on the day so well done everyone on and off the field, we must really concentrate on next weeks game and keep our feet on the ground and ensure we continue with our winning form and get the consistency into our game, then have a break for the coaches to have time to work with and gel the squad to get even better |

as disappointing as the result was tonight i think we all had an idea we would be up against it and so it proved.
this Southampton side will be right up there come next may no question, we put that game behind us and as has been said above we move on to Saturday when another hard game will await us, the coaches should have learned a bit tonight of the actual consistency that is required to maintain a good run, all is not lost but we must learn from defeats like this evening

Wrexham is over, we move onto Southampton who again will be a much different opposition, yet another yardstick to see how we are progressing, we never seem to fair well against them at st Marys so if we get anything there Tuesday would be classed as a step up, while the games are now coming thick and fast so we need a squad of guys to share the work load and for me this current squad has the depth and quality to cope just need the consistency now |

this is the type of game we must be winning if as we all want to be up there near the top, whilst we all have valid opinions its our manager who sees the players on a daily basis so i am leaving him to pick the team for tonight, but the crowd has to be our 12th man without doubt, but dont forget its not an 11 man game any more but a whole match day squad, so for me hoping for a win and a win with style and quality , but as have said in other posts not going to be easy as there are NO easy games in this div |
