Andy Sinton

I was in the paddock when Andy first returned with Sheff Wed and have always remembered the abuse he got as the players came out. Someone shouted "Sinton you're a w*nker" and he looked up and nodded but looked very hurt.
I felt terrible even though it wasn't me (honestly). He's now doing a fantastic job as club ambassador and his love for QPR really comes across in his commentaries. He clearly hasn't held a grudge, which I think is a lesson for us all.
