The site of bircham stood with his hands in his pockets looking bored out of his mind while Ollie was running about shouting move move move summed it all up for me.
Also rowett in the sky studio managed to pronounce most of our squads names which Ollie "hilariously " couldn't do in his pre match interview, could even string a legible sentence together. Why didn't we wait 2 weeks!

as i just put on the just back thread, thought he was one of the few who could come off with his head held high. Worked his ass off (yes he ran chery, fer try it some time) a few nice touches, a few absolute shocker touches to balance it out though. Great goal and god forbid we ever play two up top he'll look much better. Hard to hold it up and then have to play it on to yourself as theres noone near you |

A quick summary from my perspective....very interesting how so many peoples differ as well.
1st half was ok, game was 50/50 , a little sloppy and a lack of pace, understandable during a very busy period. Second half was a shocker, passing was terrible, pace was slower than the first half, no idea what happened at half time.
Apart from Phillips, Hall and polter not sure anyone else comes away with any credit.
Must say Grant Hall for me is the signing of the season. Looks tidy, works his backside off and scarily seems to want to win matches. Polter was great as well....not technically great, he looks pretty poor there, but worked hard and would have benefited massively from having a strike partner, rather than chery who seems scared of his own shadow currently |

It's been odd on here the last few days, from the recent match day threads there was a growing sweeping of people wanting CR out, including me, but now he's gone a lot on here who seem to have complete apathy for who may or may not come in...again including me.
There are no realistic options who frankly I give a monkeys about, I guess maybe jacket would be solid, though unlikely to get us up straight away. I genuinely think the best bet is someone with strong connections, jacket, Derry etc as if nothing else their ties would give them 4/5 extra games before , thanks to the crap coming out of tf's mouth, the fans would start turning on them as well |

Blimey, I think that sums up why I can't seem to give any amount of s***s of who we get in. As you say with our setup it won't matter.
I find it hard to think warnock will come back even on a part time basis with Derry , the fact he's getting on, lives in Cornwall and was frankly shat on when he got us up makes me think it won't happen |

I've seen a few games this season, not as many at most, and don't think its all doom and gloom. Wolves comes to mind. Not saying we have a team of world beaters but we shouldn't write off this season, were a few points away from the playoffs |

I disagree, luongo looks good, ned looked good in his right position, Charlie will score given service, yun looked lively last night. For me the confidence has gone for a number of the team and in the centre of the pitch we never seem to get a good combo out there
We do have decent players chery again when played right has had blinders and could be a big player, I think the right man could get us in the top 6.
However ill offer 50/1 we don't get the right man |

Suspect we started lining him up as soon as Sherwood left villa. Rather than chasing him this time they wanted to make sure they could get him first. Bet he's in some point over the weekend. |
