all british world title clash on st george;s day at wembley, i am not writing whyte off, he is a proven heavyweight, is a ko boxer and i believe he can put fury down but i am going for a Fury ko win in 6 rds.
odd how whyte has waited so long for his shot and won't do press, open training and all the usual media stuff, five years he has been no1 contender and he won't court the media or fans?
and will fury really retire and stay like it?? |

just on bbc local news, yes qpr won the 77 cup , jubilee year, fa cup, i never knew it, we won the fa cup......ok it was the WOMEN'S one but still a trophy! we are great. |

as qpr went from 5th to 7th and up to 4th, as other scores came in, it got me wondering bar the top 2 , has the championship began to "level up"? teams can win a few and zoom up the table and all seem capable of beating each other, and maybe the days of big fees and squads are ending? clubs will need to build again and mix youth with experience and trade wisely, as it used to be and as many hoped for thru FFP not enabling bog clubs to run away with it! qpr being a good example , we had to cut the cloth accordingly, use loans and develop players and for over 18 months us fans have been pretty happy and seen good footy and the feel good factor is back. |

It took it’s time but the EFL seemingly have taken full action over Derby and the ongoing things there . Won’t help Wycombe but Derby are in big trouble now . |

a few mentions of things lobbed at our games but how many fireworks and flares chucked on pitches recently?? one game abandoned in essex due to fireworks nearly hitting player from garden near ground!, a few seen on tv fa cup games.... |

as the train i was on from peterborough pulled into finsbury park, 2 arsenal fans got on, kitted out in new replica shirts, bags of stuff from the gunners shop, they were buzzing, something seemed wrong then it clicked " ere lads, arsenal played LAST night didn't they?" oh yes, but we went to a stadium tour......ffs " so why not do it on match day and do both?" no answer..... |

Was watching the big match revisited today and it was 1980 Qpr v Brum we had chris woods in goal and he was a good goalie and got me thinking , how many England goalies have we had? I can think of parkes woods, green, sprinter and seaman are there others? Cheers |

pts win for AJ for me, usyk is a southpaw and its so hard to win v them, usyk imo is not big enough to ko AJ and i don't think AJ will go all out to engage and ruffle usyk and try and get him off stance/balance . good undercard but £25 is a lot , should be a good fight though. |

well done Hornchurch, winning the fa vase at wembley yesterday, at least 1 london team won a cup this year and not from an expected source! also great to see their fans swarm the pitch. proper grass roots footy none of the "elite" tat. |

has anyone seen this? i did yesterday, from a small contractual dispute case, his lawyers decided to take on uefa over the 3 foreign player rule ( as well as the contracts issue) , this took 5 years! meaning the player Bosman, lost his peak years and earning potential, sadly as others earnt big , with no fees, he ended up divorced, alcoholic and living in his mum's converted car garage!
he won his case and changed the game but his case was quite sad.

after the filming other teams scandal etc their goalie just banned for 8 games for racist comments to another player, sky are bigging them up today v hull.....lids fans in many home areas getting chucked out en masse, again. I truly believe all clubs have a duty to stop this lot going up! orrible lot. |

ok, not a fave club of mine but, looks like they have no ground (yet) for next season and face a vote from other efl clubs to expel them or not......the dream of a new ground can become a nightmare!

we need something at the millwall, a draw but I can't see it, even if millwall are hit by flu, plague or stranded on the moon, they will still run us ragged.
they will be up for it and it will be like mr T fronting rocky, "dead meat".....Bolton and Rotherham managed to get up for a game v us, can anyone see us raring to go v the lions?
Norwich are a decent side, few thought we'd win but we are so deep in the quagmire at the moment we need 2 wins as all around us are grabbing points, we are not.
there's always hope, still a few beers at the new den may numb the stuff on the pitch, come on you r's! |

if mentioned elsewhere, sorry, brum reportedly facing a 12 pt deduction ( I missed the start of the report but think its ffp and signings related) ssn said it's not clear if any reduction is this season or next.
and Bolton must be close to admin, they seem to pay the players late, at best. |
