Nobody is saying the situation is not different but the authorities could learn from the outcome.
If I recall the SFA wanted them in the 2nd tier but the clubs would not have it, I think there was a series of votes and the clubs overwhelming voted against having them in the 2nd tier and then overwhelming voted for them to be placed in the bottom tier, which I think was the 4th tier and that is what happened. |

Just checked the odds and Man City are odds against to get relegated this season, does that mean the bookies don't think they will be demoted and don't think any possible points deduction will be enough to relegate them ? |

I wouldnt want (and I don't think the Championship clubs would want) Man City placed in the Championship because they would probably retain some of their first team squad in that circumstance (even if its only 5 or 6 lesser first team players) and go straight back up taking another teams place but I think League 2 would accept them and I don't think any first team squad players would want to play at that level, Man City will probably go back up through the leagues but will probably not win every match.
I remember the Glasgow Rangers situation with them getting demoted and the Championship clubs would not accept them if I recall the clubs strongly voted not for them to be put in the Championship and voted for them to be put in the bottom tier, I'm sure they lost their players and although they won the league I think they lost 3 or 4 games and when they got to the Championship they didn't get promoted during their first season (although it was an extremely strong championship that season). I think they had some kind of transfer embargo placed on them as well but I can't remember what now, perhaps the English could learn from the Scottish and the Rangers situation that they handled very well, I don't know how the Italians went about demoting Juventus but other leagues have relegated some of their biggest clubs in the past. |

They probably will have points deductions as other teams have had, but I don't particularly like points deductions if there are other sanctions available (although i think it is acceptable in many circumstances) and I don't think there is any point in taking the trophies off them. |

Man City should be made to pay those 'calculated' figures out to those individual clubs plus an extra fine payable to the Prem League, the owners should be forced to sell the club and if the EFL League 2 will have them they should be demoted to that league. |

Neoliberalism/Reganomics/Thatcherism/Blairism/Trickledown whatever you want to call it has failed, we can expect rioting in Western countries as peoples lot gets worse and worse, the problem is people initially might look even further right for economic policies when they should be looking left, things will get even worse and quicker if people look towards Farage and Le Pen, I think I seen it that Le Pen intends to cut 140 billion euros in spending, Farage will take an axe to the nhs, watch the riots then, perhaps then at that point will we get to rip up the old order and have some Socialist policies, right wing policies are not working. |

Mainly jews you say, werent they all Jews ? ,it was a swizz, they were only about 15% of the population at the time and were European immigrants so had come from football playing countries ?, I seen it somewhere 9 of them were English soldiers (Jews no doubt) and 5 were of European immigrant origin from the Maccabi organisation.
They wanted to influence World opinion (where have we heard that before) to try and say we belong here give us our own country, but they weren't representative of Palestine as there was no Arabs, the Palestinian Arabs set up their own association. |
