Or maybe send BW to Australia to be head of this head of that and head of the other including CEO and DoF. On second thoughts send CN out there to be CEO and DoF and BW as head of everything else. Problem solved. |

Start with removing Nourry and all the 'head of' personnel.
Appoint a Director of Football and let him appoint new people and then look at the ins and outs of players. |

Two years ago he was playing non league football. It took him some time to adapt and really kick on at Wycombe. He has taken another big step up and needs time, he is learning this division and has had to play for a large part of the season so far playing behind Burrell, not really his strength.
He would benefit from a dedicated striker coach as has been said on this thread, as well as some delivery into the box, the wide players are out of form to put it mildly.
Luckily the bloke non of us heard of has come in from Burton Albion and scored plenty of goals prior to his injury. or maybe it isnt luck, maybe it was a brilliant plan by the powers that be all along. |

And not so long ago we didnt have any strikers of our own, we relied on loans. Kone is quite an upgrade on the 'strikers' recently sold. |
