….for many years brown sauce was my thing, nowadays organic grain mustard. What next, I should be told?

Yeah, but does your hot sauce come with a warning and a waiver?

No one has mentioned Worcestershire sauce yet. Shame on you.

throw it in virtually all casseroles, chillis, pasta dishes; but not as a condiment

brown sauce for sausage and bacon sandwiches

mayo for cold meat sandwiches

nothing on breakfasts as that is what egg yolk, tomatoes & baked beans are for

Frank’s red hot sauce is worth a try. Caremelised onion chutney is the dogs. Branston brown sauce is great on a bacon sandwich.

Sorry, can't agree with this. Frank's Hot Sauce is awful!

Encona is okay, but my personal widely available staple is Dunns River Hot Sauce. Definitely need to give the East End Green Chilli a try. I'm a big fan of Eaton's Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce, nice and fruity with a decent heat. Also the hot sauce from Dalston Chillies is fantastic.

Anyone tried this?

By far the best Indian sauce out there - nothing needs to be added apart from a little coriander at the end.

Not tried that yet
I like his pasta sauces.

The Kohinoor range is good.

This is in a different league mate - Sainsbury's have stopped selling it for some reason - still available in Waitrose/Ocado.

ketchup to me always feels like pouring sugar over your dinner. unbearable crap.
love good dijon and English mustards

I love mustard but actually have ketchup and cream cheese sandwiches for lunch on most working days. What am I like?
