Thought he did OK against Birmingham, but not at his best. Wasn’t a great team performance overall and thought MW was a bit too negative taking Willock and Austin of so early in the 2nd half, particularly replacing Willock with Field. Probably should have brought on Adomah and I think that cost us in the end. |
Well, its about expectations because I thought most of them were pretty average against a poor Birmingham side that were there for the taking - 3 points lost.
Willock was left out of the starting 11 the next game.....not because he played well for sure, maybe he was tired.
After 3 pretty average performances MW needed to make a few changes and he did today with players and systems.....Willock got the call again and he took his chance - well done. I expect him to start again against Wycombe. | | | |
