Can stomach this kind of approach against runaway champions, but against stoke it does grind a bit...we're making them look competent, and seem to be giving up a lot of space down the sides. one lucky bobble, lapse of concentration, or good bit of play from them will result in a goal because all their possession is in our final third.
So far when we've had the ball we've either immediately hoofed it back to them or dribbled it straight into them.
Not promising - no lack of effort from the players though, decent blocks and challenges.

Bit odd? Pulling out of tackles and not tracking runs means Laird isn't covered and is having to do the work of two. Can't afford any passengers while we're conceding so much territory and possession to Stoke | |
