well i have seen it, and have to say im impressed with him above all the managers weve had in the last 5 or more years, seems comfortable in front of the camera, and says the right things, but as keith says ts going to be a tough few months ahead unless we get the new manager hit.
Bringing in Britton and Allen IMO is a brilliant move by those in the club, whether its to help with the transition or satisfy the players and fans and bring them onside or not who knows.

He has good football credentials and should be hungry to succeed in his first big job, he will have my full support to try to turn around this dull and toothless football we currently meander around with.
Changing a system as inneffective as ours will take some time, I am not expecting anything to even start evolving for at least another 6/8 games or so. I hope he can pick up enough points in that time to keep the 'jumpy ones' quiet.
The club simply cant afford to get this one wrong so hopefully will back him with whatever he needs to build a more effective team and system from January onwards. Let's be positive and get behind him to give him the best chance possible to make this a success for all parties. | |
