Yeh I would cut out box office a lot of slack atm.
It’s a small, young team anyway.
That West Ham draw has dumped 9,000 tickets on them. That’s as many season tickets as we’ll sell. They’ve been given 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year to sort that out, and distribute tickets using a tech none of us have used before, and they haven’t dealt with previously.
Just look at the thread on here - can you imagine the amount of correspondence they’re dealing with atm?

Most clubs seem to be digital for home supporters but for some reason still use printed tickets for away supporters - don't really understand why when they all seem to use a barcode for entry.
I do think though, all clubs should allow supporters to have a printed /physical ticket on request for those people, who either don't want to have a digital ticket or can't use a digital ticket. |  |

Yep I echo this. I emailed them yesterday, didn't expect a response straight away and today decided to call. Got through within a couple of minutes and they were responsive, professional and got the tickets through to me in a matter of minutes, despite there being technical issues with tickets being sent out, which I'm probably not alone in. I'll still never understand all-ticket games where it's clear the away end won't sell out. Unless it really is just about club finances and staffing costs (not as if Stoke are brassic though...). |  |
