Millwall 09:13 - Sep 14 with 1981 views

Are our friends this week.. If they can get a couple of results firstly at Middlesbrough Tuesday then home to West Ham Saturday morning then if we beat Lincoln we should be top for the international break.. Means nothing at this early stage of course but it would be a great phycology boost for the players and should fill them with confidence coming back.. Be nice for the fans too..

Two ways to look at this. If we are aiming for top 2, then we need Millwall to do well, as the other two are rivals. If we are aiming for top 8 and the play-offs, we need the likes of Millwall, QPR, Birmingham. Millwall etc to lose.

Always aim high. Aim for top 2 and more likely to finish top 8.

Big test for us Saturday.. Our box is gonna be peppered with crosses from the off.. Time for captain colossus to stand up.. we're definitely gonna have all the possession but they look very well organised.. should be a good game

So the same Millwall who lost 3-0 at home to Wrexham almost go and win at Middlesbrough. The Championship seems just as schizophrenic as ever.

Still fairly certain that we've got what it takes to be contenders for the top two and certainly the playoffs IF we can maintain consistency. The more I look back at the Southampton game the more I think that ultimately we made it easier for them than we had to, and hopefully that will be a lesson learned for Matos.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

I think we’d almost accepted the fact that they could / would beat us and that translated into the performance. That’s taking nothing away from Soton who probably had the complete opposite attitude and it showed.
