Same as Garry Monk ? He did well.

There’s a definitive Championship, League one merry go round full of the same old faces.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

His record outside Swansea is not too bad.

He gets you upper mid table and well clear of negation. His win ratio in his career is between 38% and 55%. It dropped at Swansea in 20 odd games.

Wise sage since Toshack era

Exactly what has he won/achieved, football is all about success Duff has provided none.

He is only 48 years old. A winning record everywhere except Swansea. His Swansea team was very dull it has to be said. He had lost Piroe and inherited Jerry Yates. He record is upper half finishes over several seasons . Solid.

Must be a mystery why Huddersfield and Wycombe sacked him if he was so solid

Hes been given a real leg up here with Bradford let's see how he fairs

Never quite understood the personal emnity that some people feel for Duff. He came in, he wasn't very good, he left. In common with many coaches that cycle through the place.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

He had this odd combination of arrogance and incompetence. Genuinely seemed to believe he was far more capable than he was.

Our worst start to a season for over 100 years while playing aesthetically diabolical football didn’t help him either.

Not the impression I got from him to be honest.

He was blunt and not keen to play the appeasement game, which upset plenty because a lot of Swans fans love someone who tells them how awesome they are. This was also one of the main reasons Kenny Jackett was disliked in some quarters.

Correctly pointing out that derbies are worth the same amount of points as every other game upset a few too. We were still at the height of the "Russy was set up!" phase at the time.

His comment Cardiff was just another game didn't help, I certainly don't think he had good man management skills.

Good to see Matos adressing the squad today about Eom

Blunt and dour is just fine, but you’ve got to back it up.

His football made Wrexham look like prime Ajax, we lost every week and he still managed to be smug about it. I’m not sure if it was arrogance or delusion.

He is a manger that over several seasons has consistently won more games than he loses in league 1. At Huddesfield and Wycombe he had winning records.

He was another that put his faith in Cullen rather than blooding Vipotnik and getting him up to speed in English UK football.

"Solid" is a valid description. Complete failure is not. He will win you more games than you will lose at league 1 level. Lets be fair to the man.

Our only managers to have lost more than they won since the PL are Duff and Luke Williams. Martin had 36 of each.

This is a little bit like when you kept insisting Levein and Kaplan were good owners.

They got relegated and that was bad luck. They backed Clement after his great year and he bombed with his personal knowledge of Sanches being a serious mistake as was Jenkins s faith in Wilfred Bony and Clucas. Fer got injured too.

The relegation was manged pretty well. Swansea did not tumble down the leagues. Jenkins s good work with the academy was well times with £50m of cash coming in for McBurney Rodon , James and Roberts. Cooper was backed to the hilt with Guey Gallagher and Brewster.

They sold to better owners than them and despite the trouble the useless Trust causes they managed to sort out that legal BS. They left with big losses. Steve Gibson lost but is somehow a "great owner" and Stoke even worse.

Levien, Kaplan and Silverstein were visible accessible and loathed. Getting past Brentford was a bridge too far. Swansea were dominating in the first Cooper season but Ayew scored and missed a penalty, Fulham had scrapped past Cardiff.

The new boys keep out of the limelight and will show up when Swnsea get promoted not before.

Levien and Kaplan found the new people with the guy they brought in who's name i forgot. I liked him too actually. Silverstein was a class act. He has lost a bundle too. No whinging.

No Welshman has this sort of dough and cahones. As for the Trust they are really timid. They remind me of the women's institute. Low aspiration and no business acumen. Fans cannot handle money. Oh really? take a look at Germany.

The 5% deal for the useless Trust might still come good depending on T&C s.

After the massive investment this season plus the inevitable inward investment to buy the ground and make improvements like the fanzone, electronic TV screens ect, The trusts guaranteed 5% is looking like an excellent return considering they have put nothing in and the projected value of the club is going to be greater than any time in history. Nor do the trust have to pay the previous owners the massive dividend owed when we go up and we will in the next 4 years. Very shrewd business by the trust, they should be applauded, not ridiculed as you have done and failed over recent years. As I constantly say you really are clueless.

If Levein, Kaplan and Michael Duff are your benchmark, then so be it.
