The first 70 minutes was awful; MK were, without doubt, the worst team at LR this season and we stood off them too much. It needed changing, perhaps by being more direct and I get why he took off Luongo - Fer is more direct than Luongo and gets up to help the striker better.
However, the result felt more like luck than judgment. If they'd scored when Hill and Green combined to stop them, anything might have happened. As it was, their heads went and we finished stronger. 20 minutes of decent football papered over the cracks of a previous turgid and uninspiring 70.

Luongo was the best player on the pitch and is class.
This bloke is quality.
Decision was poor, BUT...why boo? Support your f^cking team. I want Luongo AND Fer in this team. I thought Hebry was excellent last year but he's offering nothing atm. Play Luongo deeper and play Fer at 10. |  | | |
