Noticed Wigan have offered £3million for him - that would be a big step down for him so would be surprised if he agreed to the move. For say £2.5 million might be worth a try - has proven record at this level, right age, flexible striker etc.

Did read somewhere (might be on LFW) that he had an attitude problem but what do we think?

I'd be amazed if he went for that price. We should be all over him for that.

Never going for that much in this market. You look at Pritchard going for 8m, similiar pedigree, similar amount of appearences, top 6 youth players with lower league loan spells,. Both had cracking 14/15s but faltered since. You'd expect to see Bamford go for something similar is my guess. 3m would be daylight robbery.

Bamford was awful at Palace and Norwich these last few years. Club legend disaster at Selhurst Park in fact, they still joke about him to this day.

Even on Boro/Derby loan form though I don't think he's the right player for us unless we change formation, and even then wouldn't Washington deserve a shot first?

Doesn't really come across as a very likeable young man either if I'm honest.

Wouldn't be a great move for him though would it?

3mill maybe to Take him on loan for the season won't go for less than 7.5mill and certainly won't move to Wigan

Can't get a look in at his home club and has been a perma loanee for years.

There must be a reason he hasn't found a permanent transfer and it's not likely to be a positive one.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

Comes across as one of those new type spoilt little posh boy footballers.

Probably never had to clean his own arse, let alone his own boots

This. Leave it IMO, I don't think he'd help our dressing room.
