Any door fitters on here? Got a Deceuninck sliding patio door that's stuck, and I can't see where the roller adjustment screws are. Can't get a repair man round because we're supposed to be shielding. Thanks.

Which door / panel is stuck?
It's a single sliding patio door, which appears to have dropped. On every other sliding door I've ever seen there is an adjustment screw on the side that raises/lowers the rollers. But on this Deceuninck door there is no sign of a screw. There must be one somewhere, in a hidden place.

Just a guess but looking at some of the youtube vids, it could be within the hinge may have to pop off a cover.
I've managed to get a little bit of adjustment on the closing keep, so at at least it opens and closes now. I'll try calling the manufacturers tomorrow, Thanks everyone for trying.

The only problem I've ever experienced with this brand was solved by addressing the screws on the side and the jamb. Basically tightened. Super product though.
Looking at the technical guide it doesnt seem to have much adjustment on the door from what i can see. Possibly the top of the door frame dropped? Check the frame.

I got excited because I thought this was a thread about Gwyneth Paltrow.
Maybe it consciously unhinged itself.
Our doors got stuck as there was a screw in the lower sliding thing bit. Amazingly, I managed to fix it. Top tip: if the doors are not sliding properly, rub a load of candle wax on the rails and presto hey - fixed!

FYI...the trade solution for lubricating such is silicone spray.
When you've got it fixed, just check if going though it allows you to go back in time and have another go at a few decisions, because if so I'd like a go please.
