Y'know, every summer I take on some casual labour, usually students, sometimes lads from exotic climes...or Ireland. Anyways, Adam and Gustavo have recently joined the workforce and informed me that they are both students at the University of Rochester (which I'd never heard of) , studying to save the world or something and erm, ok youngsters who may do well with the occasional kick in their rear ends. Still, always interested in the lives of others, we talk life, love, sport and general knowledge, then I ask them what their college 'fight song' was, they blank, not sport fans I discover. They tell me that they're known as the 'Yellow Jacket's'...bit of a mouthful for a sing song I told 'em, so I've come up with a new ditty, University of Rochester...U R'sssssssssssssss. Hook, the Badia looks nice. This was a late booking as domincan was cancelled and with 2 young kids have to say its done the job great.

There will come a moment, sometime in their future, when they might summon up the courage to bellow out "Come on U Rsssss" at at university match. There may be another supporter attending that match who might recognize that chant for what it is and point out it's provenance.
