Cov winning at Fulham

We may beat derby giving us 3 more points but with negative goal difference if we keep losing and teams from 16th closing g in on us could be that we find our place once more in the grand scale of things

This is all so dispiriting

captains fantastic

Well deserved. Could easily be 3 or 4. How in gods name did we beat them twice and lose to Peterborough 3 times.

The highly coveted 16th position is what we have been targeting all season I suspect.

The end of this season is the big if.

If Dieng wasn't injured.
If Dykes hadn't been injured so much.
If Wallace hadn't picked up such a bad injury.
If Willock hadn't got injured.
If De Wijs wasn't always injured.
If Johansen hadn't been out quite a bit recently.
If Barbet hadn't picked up a few knocks.
If Charlie was on better form.
If we didn't lose goalkeepers like lesser known names in horror movies.

So many ifs but if we had had a bit more luck with injuries and retained our better players perhaps we would have been able to maintain our chances this season.

If!

Never knowingly right.

Could have sworn Fulham were meant to be unbeatable and our brave boys were magnificent to have kept them to 2-0 the other week.

Coventry were very good. They are frequently when I watch them, they just haven't got enough to produce it over a prolonged period of the season. Good team, good to watch, progressive football, some excellent signings. Nasty little twt face Hamer I'd like at ours very much indeed.

Could, with another canny summer, and some better and more mobile centre backs, be next season's Luton. Also doing it on a tight budget.
