His agent is certainly working hard for him. No way we will pay 2M for him (though apparently that seems to be significantly negotiable!) and also worth noting the suggestion, again presumably from his agent, that they have options in the Bundesliga and France. Not entirely sure that I believe that. Given too how much we suffered during and after Africa Nations not sure we want to invest in another player potentially eligible to be away for a month.

AFCON is now, supposedly, a summer tournament. The recent event was moved because of extreme heat in Cameroon in the summer.

The next two AFCONs are due to be in June and July in Ivory Coast in 2023 and Guinea in 2025 both are in their 'cooler' 'winter' periods.

QPR will only be paying £2m on an incoming if they raise £5m+ from outgoings.
