For - At least they appear to be doing 'something'

Cons - Its already a criminal offence to enter the fop and has been for years, likewise carrying pyrotechnics into the ground, so not sure where the 'clampdown' comes from.

Suspect this will all be forgotten until the games that really matter happen in April/May where the problems arise.

Still easy to be negative I guess and as I said at least they have said they are trying to do something about it.
