He looks more on top of the issues every match and a bit more sure of where we need to improve, what's good and how we can expect a bit more from players coming in, getting more match fit etc.
He was right about Laird going off meant Manning could press more. Kakay does okay but he's not such a threat going forward. Also as said, we looked less solid without Dykes there to occupy their CHs and hold the ball up a bit more.
It's a shame in hindsight that Beale didn't go a bit sooner and he could have maybe turned it round before this as Beale obviously stopped focusing on our team and more on his own career.
