so i'll mention it again.

does anyone think his playing career has anything to do with his bad run of results.
and i know people like jose morino never played, but was successful.

1 reserve game for crewe
2 reserve games for leigh rmi.

but he's got all the right qualifications.

Thomas Frank, Steve Cooper and Brendan Rogers never played pro and all did fine at this level. Dare I say it, Mick Beale was doing fine. Mark Warburton was doing fine. Its a bit of a red herring designed to help us find excuses and I don't think thats one of them.
