If we sell any players the fee goes straight on the books. Any fees paid for players is written off over the length of the contract. So you could sell a player for £2m and straight off FFP. Buy a replacement for £2m on a 3 year contract and it is £666 on FFP. That's why we have to sell to buy. |  | | |
