I just had my last phone bill with three through and It looks like I have a balance due of minus £97.23
I have absolutely no idea what it means, could someone explain? I have tried to get in touch with them but I'm having trouble getting through.

If its minus that suggests they owe you money surely? Presumably they would automatically refund it to you or you will have the ballache of having to repeatedly chase them until they cough up. |  | | |

From reading the email I got, it says that if im in credit then I would be due a refund within 14 days of the final bill being due, so I presume that would mean I would get it refunded back on the Monday. [Post edited 12 Oct 2023 16:39]
