I refused to go a skiing holiday to Italy, all paid for in 1989 as we had Sheffield Wednesday away in the league the day of departure.

Most finals would cancel hopefully in time to get refund on proviso am booking again soon.
If it was league one play off final, I would not go and would watch it sunning myself on my tablet.
Last game of the season to get necessary points on final day, again would watch on tablet by the pool.
League cup, F A cup again would definitely go to the match.
