When in town, this is my usual means of transport for getting to a home game. Having previously experienced delays on the Clapham bound line from Willesden Junction, I / we, just hop on a Richmond train (if they're running), alighting one stop later at Acton Central. Turn right outside the station and you will almost immediately notice the entrance to a park, walk diagonally across this recreational area and you'll be on the Uxbridge Rd in about 5/6 mins. All in all, the Askew is less than 15mins from the station. [Post edited 13 Apr 18:42]
