Just watched the highlights (missed the match) and noticed what Stéphan referenced, that Madsen didn't celebrate the equaliser - he just grabbed a ball and went back to the centre-circle to get going and look for the winner.

One thing he deserves huge credit for is the change in mentality. By that I mean that, he wants players to try things and if it doesn’t come off, he doesn’t criticise them for it. Mistakes happen. He’s made a big point of that all season. I don’t think a team / squad can react like they did to Wrexham game unless the manager has instilled this belief in them. And whilst he’s learning in the league this year, that mentality part is obviously fundamental to him as a coach.
