I do like the original poster's improvised spelling of "captainsy". Makes me think of palsy and pansy. Both more applicable to Barton than the word 'captain'.

could be a blessing in disguise. maybe someone else will come in and do well so he won't get back in. like it to be Sandra but he's not going to last more than abut 20 minutes.
Maybe we'll be forced into a different formation, be nice to use at least one of our number tens play as an actual number ten! Playing Barton and Henry together means we cant play anybody creative without losing the wide players.
As for the question of the captainsy (yes I know) who will alf pick?
Clint prob wont get picked. Rio? oh god I hope not. Not even a proper ranger and never will be. Dunne's out. I guess we're left with Greeno or Charlie.

Two losses due to a 94th minute and 89th minute goal and a stupid sending off, neither of which the manager can do anything about. The players just seem to switch off towards the end thinking job done and Barton's a knob for what he did.

The trouble is that you suspect that it will happen again this season and we can't afford to lose the game in which it happens, regardless of whether he would/should have been selected for the suspension games.
