Good call, they have written some crackers. The album "We're an American band," as an example, is all killer, no filler. It is hard to forgive them their cover of " The loco-motion" though (yes, that one).

I saw the marvel that is Jeff Lynne and ELO at the O2 last night. A group of musicians at the peak of their powers, if ever there was one. Just brilliant.
